TransitOps - Smart Transport Platform
A centralized fleet and transport operations platform built as a custom Odoo 19 module to digitize vehicle, driver, dispatch, maintenance, and expense management.
Overview & Motivation
To build a high-performance custom Odoo 19 module enforcing strict database-level business logic, double-booking prevention, automated status synchronization, and dynamic KPI dashboards.
Problem Statement
Transport operators and fleet managers face disjointed dispatching, unmonitored maintenance downtimes, manual cargo load calculations, and lack of real-time ROI tracking across fleet assets.
Proposed Solution
Developed TransitOps in Python/Odoo 19, automating vehicle dispatch flows (Draft → Dispatched → Completed), enforcing load capacity constraints, license validation, automated email warnings, maintenance shop transitions, and QWeb PDF report exports.
Results & Impact
Delivered a full-lifecycle fleet operations system automating trip dispatches, maintenance holds, fuel analytics, and vehicle ROI calculations.
