To build an intelligent multi-agent assistant for the manufacturing industry that matches complex RFP requests directly to a product SKU database.
Problem Statement
Manually processing request-for-proposal (RFP) specifications and matching them to hundreds of SKUs for quoting is slow, expensive, and error-prone.
Proposed Solution
Engineered a three-agent system (Sales, Technical, Pricing) using Google Gemini Pro to parse RFPs, run weighted technical compatibility matching, and output detailed pricing quotes.
Results & Impact
Reduced RFP requirements parsing and SKU matching times to 10-15 seconds, handling up to 500 requests per day.
